We thought of a wrap around as a way to enhance the concept of 'warning', and to give us a chance to utilise the hazard tape. We thought it would be a good idea to have it perforated at both edges of the tape, which allows the user to rip apart and pull away to reveal the final publication. Below is my first idea, which was tweaked by Jamie to a horizontal design:
